At Fenthre Thompson, we deliver premium minimalist menswear straight to your door across Australia. We partner with leading postal networks to ensure your items arrive safely, securely, and in pristine condition.
1. Shipping Options, Costs, and Delivery Times
We offer two distinct shipping tiers for all domestic orders within Australia. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch.

Processing Times: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Regional Deliveries: Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for deliveries to Western Australia, Northern Territory, and regional or remote areas outside of major metropolitan hubs.
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been carefully packaged and dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey in real time.
3. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels
In strict accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and consumer guarantees, Fenthre Thompson retains full responsibility for the safety of your items until they are successfully delivered to your specified delivery address.

Lost Parcels: If your parcel is deemed lost in transit by the courier service, we will initiate a thorough investigation. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement shipment or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at contact@fenthrethompson.store with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage so we can resolve the issue under our consumer guarantees.
4. Incorrect Address & Redelivery Fees
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a standard redelivery fee may apply to re-ship the order.
5. Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you opt for "Authority to Leave" during checkout, you authorise the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place at your delivery address without requiring a signature. Please note that Fenthre Thompson cannot be held liable for any missing or stolen packages once the courier logs the status as successfully delivered under an ATL arrangement.
